After Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2014 is started, the following message may be displayed: "Databases are corrupted".
The system protection indicator in the main application window will turn red, and the Databases: corrupted message will be displayed.
To solve the issue:
Wait until the update process is complete. Make sure the product is updated and functions normally.
If the update process ends with the same error (Databases are corrupted) try to restart the application and update the databases once again. To do so:
