With the help of Kaspersky Security Center 10, you can forcibly uninstall unwanted applications that are installed on managed computers.

This function is implemented within separate tasks for each group of managed computers.

To create a remote uninstallation task, do the following:

  1. Select the required group of managed computers, then go to the Tasks tab and click Create a task.
  2. Make up a name for the task. When selecting a task type, unfold the Advanced node of Kaspersky Security Center Administration Server. Select Uninstall application remotely.

  1. At the next step, select a variant of the task:
  • Uninstall application supported by Kaspersky Security Center;
  • Uninstall incompatible application. An application may be considered incompatible if it conflicts with Kaspersky Endpoint Security components and impedes its normal functioning. Kaspersky Endpoint Security comes with a text file named incompatible.txt that contains the full list of incompatible software;
  • Uninstall application from applications registry;
  • Remove specified update for application.

Keep on following the wizard's instructions. When asked to specify a user account, be sure to select an account that has rights to modify the list of installed components.

When you are done creating the task, you will be able to trace its progress in the node Tasks for specific computers.
