With Kaspersky Security Center 10, you can install updates and fix vulnerabilities when restarting or shutting down the computer. However, Windows has a time limit, which means that the installation processes must take no longer than 10 minutes.

Installing a great number of updates at a time may require more than 10 minutes, but installation will be interrupted by the system unless you increase the time limit.

To do this, open the Local Group Policy Editor (gpedit.msc), then go to Computer Configuration -> Administrative Templates -> System -> Scripts, then open Maximum wait time for Group Policy scripts. Enable the script by selecting the respective option and setup the time interval in seconds (the default value is 600 seconds).
