After installing Service Pack 1 for Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013, the account that is used for managing Kaspersky Security 8.0 for SharePoint Server lacks the db_owner rights over all WSS_content content bases. At the same time, no Sharepoint site structure is displayed in ODS tasks and no user name is detected on OAS detection.
Grant the db_owner rights for content bases to the user account.
Run Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (or Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio Express) and connect to the SQL server.
Select an item in the node Security -> Logins.
Go to User Mapping and assign the role db_owner for all WSS_Content content databases.

where %WebApp% stands for the webb app name on the SharePoint portal, %domain% stands for the portal's domain, %%domain\KSH_User%% stands for the user account created for managing Kaspersky Security 8.0 for SharePoint Server.
