Kaspersky Internet Security 2015 blocks unauthorized access of applications to the video stream.
By default, Kaspersky Internet Security 2015 blocks access to the webcam for applications that have been assigned High Restricted or Untrusted status. If an application with the Weak Restricted status tries to access the webcam, Kaspersky Internet Security 2015 will request permission to allow the access for this application.
You can configure applications' rights to allow or block access to the webcam.

Kaspersky Internet Security 2015 cannot control access to the webcam when the Prompt for action permission is set for the application that tries to access the webcam, and graphic interface of Kaspersky Internet Security 2015 cannot be displayed (the application is loading or not responding).
