Message identifiers may change as a result of simultaneous processing by Kaspersky Security 9.0 for Microsoft Exchange Servers and BlackBerry Enterprise Server. In this case, the massage may fail to be delivered to BlackBerry mobile devices.
We recommend that you increase mail processing time on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server. This will allow the mail to be delivered to BlackBerry mobile devices after being scanned by Kaspersky Security 9.0 for Microsoft Exchange Servers.
