For compatibility of Kaspersky Security Center 10 (Service Pack 1) with earlier mobile platforms (Windows Phone, Symbian, Blackberry, etc.), you must open an additional SSL port using the registry flag "LwNgtOld1WaySSlPort".
To open port 13295:
Open the registry editor.
Go to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\KasperskyLab\Components\34\1093\220.127.116.11\ServerFlags]
Create the new item under the name "LwNgtOld1WaySSlPort".
Change the value of "LwNgtOld1WaySslPort" to dword:000033ef. Opease note that the minimum value is 1, and the maximum value is 65535. To disable the port, set the value to 0.
After changing the SSL port, restart Administration Server.
If you are using the 32 bit version of the operating system, the ServerFlags section will be located in the folder [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\KasperskyLab\Components\34\1093\18.104.22.168\ServerFlags]
