"Fatal Error. See trace file” while installing a stand-alone package of Network Agent in DVI mode in Kaspersky Security Center 10 SP2

In Kaspersky Security Center 10 SP2 (10.3.407), when installing a stand-alone package of Network Agent form in VDI mode, an error occurs:

ksc10_13345_01


It happens because the connection between the installed agent and the administration server cannot be established. The error is not critical: Network Agent is installed and will work properly.

We will fix the issue in the next version of Kaspersky Security Center 10 SP2 MR1.
