You can use Web Policy Management to:
To configure these restrictions, open the Web Policy Management settings and select Computer on the left menu.

In the Weekdays or Weekends section, select the check box Block access for and specify the interval.
Click the calendar button in the upper-right corner and select the intervals when the access to the computer must be blocked.
In the Weekdays or Weekends section, select the check box Allow access for and select the time period from the drop-down list.
In the Time breaks section, select the check box Take a break and choose the time period using drop-down lists.
