Concerning to Kaspersky Administration Kit 6.0 MP1 (build 6.0.1405)
Kaspersky Administration Kit 6.0 has a new technology of differentiated updates which allows considerably reducing the traffic when updating the anti-virus databases. The new technology compares the updates already installed on the host and downloads only the new databases which have been added on the Kaspersky Lab update servers – thus only the difference between the databases is downloaded.
Such updates can have different extensions (which are formed on random) and most probably downloading updates of some extensions is blocked on your proxy-server.
In this case you are recommended to allow download for all file types from Kaspersky Labs servers only on your proxy-server. The list of servers is defined in the file Program Files\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Administration Kit\Share\Updates\bases\upd\updcfg.xml.
If the solution did not help then in order to know the cause of the matter Technical Support service will need update trace of the Administration Server.
