Kaspersky Password Manager doesn’t start after installation or has stopped working

Issue

Kaspersky Password Manager is not able to start or stops with an error.

Solution

Reinstall the application:

  1. Uninstall the current version of Kaspersky Password Manager. For instructions, see this article.
  2. Download the installer for Kaspersky Password Manager.
  3. Install the application once again. See the Online Help page for instructions.

The application will be reinstalled. 

After uninstalling Kaspersky Password Manager, your passwords and other important information remain in the storage. You will not have to add them to the application once again. To access them after reinstalling the application, enter your main password.
