1. On the start screen right-click free space.
2. On the panel that appears at the bottom of the screen click the All apps button.

3. In the Apps list find the necessary software and right-click it.
4. On the pop-up panel click Uninstall.

5. In the Programs and Features window select Agnitum Outpost.
6. The process uninstalling Agnitum Outpost antivirus from your computer will start (the process may take a minute).

When uninstalling via Windows standard tools some files and folders of the previously installed antivirus programs may still reside in the system; that is why you are recommended to check the Program Files folder. If the Program Files folder contains any subfolders or files of the antivirus programs installed earlier, you are recommended to remove them. Then, try to install a Kaspersky Lab product once again.

In order to completely uninstall Agnitum Outpost from your system, perform the following actions:

1. Download the file clean.zip (for 32-bit systems) or clean64.zip (for 64-bit systems) (CLEAN (C) Agnitum Ltd). See how to download a file:

   • Under Windows 7
   • Under Windows Vista
2. Unpack the downloaded file into the required folder (using, for example, WinZip).
3. Reboot your computer in Safe Mode.
4. Run the unpacked file clean.exe from the folder.

5. In the Clean window confirm that you want to uninstall Agnitum software by clicking Yes.
6. After the uninstallation is completed, your computer will be restarted automatically.
7. Try to install your Kaspersky Lab product once again.

If all remains of your previous anti-virus software were removed, or you have not had any anti-virus software installed on your computer, but you cannot install a Kaspersky Lab product, then create a request to Kaspersky Lab Technical Support via the My Kaspersky Account service. Attach to your request a report of the Getsysteminfo tool. In the request, give detailed description of the problem and the actions necessary to reproduce the problem.
