    • APPLICATION BASES is a set of files containing data on malware and methods to protect against it. The bases are downloaded from Kaspersky Lab servers.

    • Structure of bases for Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 for Windows Workstations MP4:
      • Malicious programs – anti-virus bases used by File Anti-Virus, Mail Anti-Virus, Web Anti-Virus, and Virus Scan components to detect viruses, trojans and other malware.
