  • On certain occasion Kaspersky software may provide the following error message “Your computer security is at risk. Black list is corrupted".


    The error message "Black list of key files is corrupted" can also show in the License Manager window. You can  access the License Manager window by left clicking  the License link  on the bottom part of the main application window.

    In order to resolve the problem, perform the following actions:

    1. click the Start button in the left lower corner of your computer screen
    2. go to All programs
    3. find and select the Kaspersky software installed
    4. select Modify, Repair or Remove
    5. once the set up Wizard shows the options available, select Repair
    6. wait until the process is completed
    7. reboot your computer.


    If the recommendations given above did not help you to rectify the problem, then re-install your Kaspersky software. In order to do so, uninstall the application and then install the application once again.

    If the error keeps repeating, create a request to Kaspersky Lab Technical Support via the My Kaspersky Account service. Describe your problem in all details.
