Applies to Kaspersky Internet Security 2011
In some cases during anti-virus databases update process, in the main application window of Kaspersky Internet Security 2011 the banner may become red and display the message: "Your computer security is at risk. Black list of licenses is corrupted".

Also the message "Black list of licenses is corrupted" is displayed in the License management window. You can open the License management window by clicking the License link in the lower part of the main application window.

In order to resolve the problem, perform the following actions:
- disable the application Self-Defence
- make sure you can see hidden files and folders
- delete the file blst2-0607g.xml. By default, the file is located in the folder:
- C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Kaspersky Lab\AVP11\Bases (for OS Windows XP)
- C:\ProgramData\Kaspersky Lab\AVP11\Bases (for OS Windows Vista/7)
- open the main application window
- in the left part of the window click the My Update Center tab
- in the right part of the window click Start Update

exit from the application. To do so:
run the application (Start - All programs - Kaspersky Internet Security 2011 - Kaspersky Internet Security 2011)
enable the application Self-Defense
If actions listed above did not help, perform the following:
click the Start button in the left lower corner of the screen
go to All programs
find and select Kaspersky Internet Security 2011
select Modify, Repair or Remove
after the wizard is started select Repair
wait until the process is completed
reboot your computer.
If the recommendations given above did not help you to rectify the problem, then remove Kaspersky Internet Security 2011 and then install the application once again. In order to do so, uninstall the application and then install the application once again.
If the error keeps repeating create a request to Kaspersky Lab Technical Support via the My Kaspersky Account service. Describe your problem in all details.
