Applies to Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2011
In order to repair
Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2011 to its initial state, perform the following actions:
- in the right lower corner of the screen right-click the product icon
- select Exit. If the icon is missing, go to the next step

- in the left bottom corner of the screen click Start. Perform the following actions:
- under Windows XP:
- select All Programs
- in the list of installed programs find Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2011
- in the menu select Modify, Repair or Remove

under Windows Vista/7:
- select All programs
- in the list of installed programs find Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2011
- in the menu select Modify, Repair or Remove

- in the window of Kaspersky Anti-Virus select Repair

- in the Repair Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2011 window, click Next

- once the repair process is over follow the instructions of the Configuration Wizard
- after successful installation of Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2011, you will be offered to restart your computer
- in the Kaspersky Anti-Virus Configuration Wizard window, check the box Reboot the computer and click Finish
