How to upload report files to Kaspersky Lab's servers in Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2011?

Applies to Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2011

Once the traces and AVZ report are created via the Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2011 interface, all created files/dumps should be uploaded to Kaspersky Lab’s server: 

  1. Open the main application window 
  2. Click the Support link in the down left part of the window 
  3. Click Support tools in the down left part of the Support window
  4. Click the button Upload information for Technical Support Service to the server 
  5. Expand all branches 
  6. Check the reports which need to be sent
  7. Click the Send button 
  8. In the open window enter the number of your request in the HelpDesk web form and click OK 
  9. Wait until the package is formed and uploaded to the server 
  10. Close all windows.
