If Open Office Pro 3.1.1 or Open Office 3.2.1 is installed on your computer and Kaspersky Internet Security 2011 is running, in cases when the application Calc from Open Office is closed, an error may appear on the screen.
In order to eliminate the problem, perform the following actions:
- open the main application window
- in the upper part of the main application window, click Settings
- in the Settings window, go to the Advanced Settings tab
- in the left part of the Settings window, select Threats and Exclusions
- in the right part of the window, click Settings in the Exclusions section
- in the Trusted zone window, go to the Trusted applications tab

- click Add and select Applications... from the open menu
- in the Select application window, select OpenOffice.org Calc in the OpenOffice.org section
- click OK
- in the Exclusions for application window, check the box Do not monitor application activity
- click OK
- perform the above described actions (1-11) for the following files: OpenOffice.org 3.2 (.exe format) and OpenOffice.org 3.2 (.bin format)
- in the Exclusions for application window, click OK
- in the Trusted Zone window, click OK
- in the Settings window, click OK
- close the main application window.
