What can be done with a key file that has expired before the expiration date

A key file that has expired before the expiration date can be replaced with a new one.

InformationFirst of all make sure that the system date (day, month, year) is configured correctly on your computer.

Please submit a request to the Technical support to have such a key file replaced with a new one

You should provide the following data in the request:
  • the place where you have purchased the Kaspersky Anti-Virus;
  • the buyer's name:

    • full name if the buyer is a physical person;
    • the name of the organization, if the buyer is a legal entity;

  • the exact purchase date;
  • the key file (attach to the request form);
  • a description of the issue.
