How to restore a key file for a home product: Kaspersky Crystal, Kaspersky Internet Security 2010 / 2011, Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2010 / 2011, Kaspersky Anti-Virus for Mac / Mac OS X.

It is possible to restore a key file / activation code that has been lost or deleted by mistake.


For restoration of a key file / activation code you should contact:

In either case you should provide the following data:
  • the place where you have purchased Kaspersky Anti-Virus;

  • the buyer's name:

    • full name if the buyer is an individual;
    • the name of the organization, if the buyer is a legal entity;

  • the exact purchase date;

  • the online order number (if you have purchased Kaspersky Anti-Virus online).
    The online order number can be found in the confirmation e-mail that was sent to you after the purchase;

  • key file number;
    If you have Kaspersky Anti-Virus installed and activated, but have lost/deleted the key file / activation code, you can specify the key file number
