The key file has expired prematurely. How can I restore it?

In order to restore a prematurely expired key file, do the following:

  • send a request to Kaspersky Lab Technical Support via HelpDesk web form;
  • provide the following information in the request:

  • the place of purchasing Kaspersky Endpoint Security;
  • customer's data: full name (if the customer is a private person) or the name of the organization (if the product was purchased for an organization);
  • exact purchase date;
  • full registration number of your Kaspersky Anti-Virus license (the number is indicated in the registration card) and/or the activation code;

  • attach the prematurely expired key file to the request.

  • InformationAfter filling in the HelpDesk web form you will be prompted to upload the files



    • either via Web From (you can attach all necessary files to the web form);
    • or upload them to FTP (you can upload all necessary files to the Kaspersky Lab FTP server into a folder with your request number).
