How to limit download of files from the Internet for a specific user using Parental Control in Kaspersky PURE R2?

Parental Control in Kaspersky PURE R2 allows you to control the types of files a child (teenager) downloads on the computer. 

You can view statistics of downloaded and blocked files and event report for each account register on the computer. 

In order to define download of what file categories to allow or to block by Parental Control, perform the following actions: 

1. open the main application window
2. click Parental Control
3. on the Parental Control window on the Users tab, select the necessary account
4. click on the Configure button

5. on the left hand part of the window Settings – My Parental Control for user "account name" under Internet select Downloading files
6. on the right hand part of the window click Enable control. Once the box is enabled downloading of all file categories is blocked: music, video, applications and archives
7. in the File categories section you can check the boxes for the file categories which will be blocked by Parental Control, and clear the boxes for the categories you allow to download for this user
8. to save the changes, click OK
9. in the My Parental Control window click Close
10. close the main window.
