    The mail processed by BlackBerry Enterprise Server is not delivered to BlackBerry mobile devices after a scan by Kaspersky Security 8.0 for Microsoft Exchange Servers.

    Reason

    Message identifiers may change in the result of simultaneous processing by Kaspersky Security 8.0 for Microsoft Exchange Servers and BlackBerry Enterprise Server. In this case, the delivery of messages to BlackBerry devices may fail.

    Solution

    We recommend that you increase the mail processing time on the BlackBerry Enterprise Server. This will allow the mail to be delivered to the BlackBerry mobile devices after a scan by Kaspersky Security 8.0 for Microsoft Exchange Servers.
