By default,

By schedule mode. See

In order to start the update process from the context menu, perform the following actions:
Step 1. At the bottom right corner of the screen right-click the application icon.
Starting Update from the main application window
In order to start the update process from the main application window, perform the following actions:
Step 1. Right-click on the Kaspersky icon in the Taskbar notification area.
Step 2. Select the
Update menu item.
Step 3. Wait until the update process is complete and close the main application window
