Applies to Kaspersky Hosted Email Security
The settings will apply according to the policies assigned for the group including the given user (mailbox). For example, you might want to assign certain users with settings making all spam mail come marked as "Spam", and quarantine spam mail for other users. In this case we recommend creating two distinctive groups with different policies.
Any users regardless of their domain pertinence may be included into a user group. Therefore, if you want to assign specific settings to a user (mailbox), you should create a separate mailbox group for that user. If you want to assign settings to all users within particular domain(s), you should create a domain group and include all necessary domains into it. Policies set for such a group will apply to all users comprising such a domain group.
Mailbox group policies prevail in case the user belongs to both, a mailbox group and a domain comprising a domain group.
