Sometimes with
Kaspersky Internet Security 2012 installed on your computer a message might be labeled as
[!!SPAM] in the
Subject field by the
Anti-Spam component which by mistake has quarantined the mail. To restore a message to the initial category, do the following:
The method given below can be only applied to mail clients Microsoft Outlook / Mozilla Thunderbird / Microsoft Outlook Express / The Bat!.- Open the mail client
- In the list of incoming messages found the necessary message
- Highlight the message
- In the task bar of a mail client click Not Spam
