Applies to Kaspersky Tablet Security (Android OS)
If your license for
Kaspersky Tablet Security has expired prematurely, then create a request to
Kaspersky Lab Technical Support via the
My Kaspersky Account service.
In the request describe the problem in all details and specify the following data:
- the device ID, license number (from the License window)
- the place where Kaspersky Tablet Security was purchased
- customer's information: full name (if the customer is a private person) or the name of the organization (if the product was purchased for the organization)
- the exact purchase date.
