If you have purchased Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2012 with the Auto-Renewal Service your application will be renewed automatically. The Auto-Renewal Service is designed to save your time, effort and risk by extending your license automatically before it expires.
You will receive at least one email to remind you before we automatically renew your subscription.
Be aware that your credit or debit card which was provided during initial purchase (as well as PayPall account) will be charged automatically. Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2012 will be renewed automatically (you don’t need to get new activation code and activate Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2012). You can opt-out of the Auto-Renewal service any time.
After your license for Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2012 is automatically renewed, you’ll see in the Manage License window (open the main application window — click on the Manage License link).
If your credit card has expired, there is not enough funds on it or any other technical problems appear, you will receive an email stating that there is a problem with automatic billing. In this case you’ll need to update credit or debit card information. After this your Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2012 will be renewed automatically.
If for some reasons you will not update your information and your license for Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2012 has expired you will see in the application interface the following information: Subscription has expired. Protection is disabled. Update is unavailable. To resume the subscription, contact your service provider.
In this case you’ll need:
- to purchase new license in License Renewal Center
- to activate Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2012, after you receive new activation code.
