You can disable the policy for a particular client computer:
  1. Open the desired application policy, select Advanced settings > Interface in the left frame.

  2. In the Password protection section, enable the Enable password protection option and click Settings next to it.

  3. Enter a password and select the desired operations in the Password scope section. If you choose Selected operations, you should check the Disable Kaspersky Security Center policy box.

  4. Right-click the Kaspersky Endpoint Security system tray icon on a client computer, select Disable policy, enter the password and click OK (the option becomes available after a synchronization).

The computer will be free from that policy until you enable the policy again (right-click the Kaspersky Endpoint Security system tray icon on a client computer, select Enable policy) or restart Kaspersky Endpoint Security.

Information  It is possible to enable a policy on a client computer remotely. The only way to do it is by restarting Kaspersky Endpoint Security. Open the properties of that computer, go to the Applications section, right-click Kaspersky Endpoint Security and select Stop and then Start.
