Configuring report settings in Kaspersky Endpoint Security 8 for Windows

You can configure the following report settings:

  • Maximum storage time.

    By default, Kaspersky Endpoint Security 8 for Windows does not store reports longer than 30 days. It gradually deletes the oldest registries from the report file. You can abolish the limit completely or change it.

  • Maximum report file size.

    You can set the maximum size of the report file. It is 1024 MB by default. Once the size limit is reached, Kaspersky Endpoint Security 8 for Windows gradually deletes the oldest registries from the report file and maintains the size below the set limit. You can abolish the limit completely or change it.

To configure the report settings:

  • Open the main window of Kaspersky Endpoint Security 8 for Windows.

  • Open the Settings tab.

  • Select Advanced Settings > Reports and Storages in the left frame.

  • You will find the options described above in the right frame:

    • Store reports no longer than - in days.

    • Maximum file size - in megabytes.

    • The Delete reports button will erase the existing reports.
