In case there are problems with
Kaspersky Security Center, Technical Support specialists may request application dump files for troubleshooting.
In this case, you should locate the
~dumps folder inside the application installation folder (
C:\Program Files\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Security Center, by default), It holds the required
.dmp files.
You should create an archive containing the last two files (if the folder contains more than one file) and upload it on the FTP server provided by the Technical Support specialists.
