Passwords are the most popular form of authentication and they are often the only barrier to secure your personal information from being stolen by cybercriminals.
Password Manager in Kaspersky PURE 2.0 allows you to store all your password and login information in a secure encrypted format that only you can access and use. The Master Password that you create while using Password Manager is the only key that you need to remember to ensure the safety of your personal information.
Using Password Manager, you can store:
- Accounts and passwords to them.
- Personal memos to store info about your credit cards, bank accounts, licenses, IDs and etc. using templates: you can also create your own templates.
- Identities to store your personal info, addresses, phone numbers and etc. for registration on websites. I will not be required to enter your personal data while registering each time.
With Password Manager you can also manage your password databases:
- Securely exchange accounts. If you need to send your login and password to sign in a specific web resource, you can use Password Manager to transfer your data securely.
- Import passwords from other applications. Password Manager helps you to find unprotected passwords in web browsers and import them to Password Manager.
- Create portable versions of Password Manager. You can save a portable version of Password Manager on different removable mediums and use your password dabase on any computer without Kaspersky PURE 2.0. Once the removable device is disconnected, the portable version will be closed and no data will be available on the computer.
- Create backup copies of password databases. Kaspersky PURE 2.0 automatically creates backup copies of password databases on each changing.
