In order to open the main application window of Kaspersky PURE 2.0, double-click the Kaspersky PURE 2.0 icon in the bottom right hand part of the screen.

How to open the main application window of Kaspersky PURE 2.0, if the application icon is not on the screen

If by some reason the application icon is not displayed on the screen, you can open the main application window using the following methods:

M ethod 1:

1. In the bottom left hand part of the screen, click the Start button
2. Select All programs > Kaspersky PURE > Kaspersky PURE

Method 2:

1. Find the avp.exe file in the following path: 
   • For users of Windows XP (32-bit/64-bit)/ Vista (32-bit) / 7 (32 bit): C:\Program Files\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky PURE 2.0.
   • For users of Windows Vista/7 (64-bit): C:\Program Files (x86)\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky PURE 2.0.

• Double-click the avp.exe file.
• In the bottom right corner of the screen double-click the application icon of Kaspersky PURE 2.0.
• As a result of the performed actions, the main window of Kaspersky PURE 2.0 will be opened.

If the main window of Kaspersky PURE 2.0 will not open, it means the protection does not function or malfunctions. In this case you should restore the program.
