Executing AVZ scripts allows to get information about processes run in RAM to detect malicious codes, scan your system for malicious codes, disinfect/delete infected files and create a report about scan and searching results.
You are not recommended to execute scripts which are not recommended by Kaspersky Lab experts!
In order to execute a script, provided by Kaspersky Lab experts, perform the following actions:
- Open the main application window.
- Click the Support link in the down left part of the window.
- Click Support tools in the down left part of the Support window.
- Click the button Execute AVZ script.
- Copy the text received from the Technical Support expert.
- Click the Next button.
- Wait till the work of the AVZ utility is over.
- Click Finish.
- Close all windows.
