Kaspersky PURE 2.0 always informs “Problems with protection components”

The message may appear in the Kaspersky PURE 2.0 main window in case if the product was fully installed (during Express installation or installation with changing installation settings); however during the product deployment work of some components was paused either manually or due to some other reasons.

In order to resolve the situation, enable all the protection components the following way:

  1. Open the main program window.
  2. In the main window click the security indicator or the Fix button.
  3. In the Security Problems window in the Protection components section click the Enable button for the components whose functionality you want to restore.
  4. Close the Security Problems window.
  5. Close the main program window.

 

or

  1. Open the main program window.
  2. In the main window click the Computer Protection button.
  3. In the Computer Protection window in the Protection components: <component name> is disabled section (or Protection components: Important ones are disabled) click the Enable button.
  4. Close the main program window.
