During the installation Kaspersky Internet Security 2013 searches for incompatible software and shows the list of the detected incompatible software. The user can remove either each application (sometimes an application should be removed manually) or continue installation without removing the detected incompatible software.
Products version 2013 can be installed "on top of" versions 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 (i.e. versions 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 should not be removed) saving the current protection settings and license info.

You can perform the following actions in the Incompatible software detected window:
- Click the Remove button. In this case the product will remove the application. If the application will not remove, then see how to remove software incompatible with Kaspersky Internet Security.

Once the incompatible software has been removed; the computer should be restarted manually. After the restart Kaspersky Internet Security 2013 installation will continue automatically.

- Click the Skip button. If you want to leave the incompatible software on your computer, then in the Warning window click the Keep button. Setup Wizard will continue installation of Kaspersky Internet Security.
The user is responsible for installation without removal of incompatible software as it may result in malfunctioning of Kaspersky Internet Security.
