Using Parental Control from Kaspersky PURE 2.0 you can control and restrict messaging with specific users via social networks. When the option is enabled text, time and contact will be dispalyed in the report.
You can view brief social networking statistics as well as a detailed report on events. You can find detailed instructions on how view statistics in KB8124.
In order to enable control of social netwroking and create lists of blocked and allowed contacts, perform the following actions:
- open the main application window
- in the main application window, select Parental Control
- on the right hand part of the Parental Control window, click on the Settings and reports button next to the required user account
- on the left hand hand part of the Parental Control window, select Social Networking
- on the right hand part of the Parental Control window, check the box Enable control
- in order to create a list of allowed and blocked contacts, click on the Add button in the Contacts section
Contacts list changing is available only if Kaspersky PURE 2.0 detects contacts from social networks.
- on the Adding contact window, select the required contact from the list and click on the OK button
- on the Parental Control window in the Contacts section, select the required contact and specify the action to be performed on the contact on messaging detection:
- click on the Block button to block messaging with the contact
- click on the Allow button to allow messaging with the contact
- click on the OK button in the Parental Control window
- close the main application window.
