With
Kaspersky Internet Security 2012 running the following error message may appear in the main program window "
License: problem detected" and "
Databases: corrupted"
In order to eliminate the situation, perform the following actions:
- Exit the product:
- In the bottom right corner of the screen right-click the Kaspersky icon.
- In the context menu select Exit.
- Restart the program (Start —> (All) Programs —> Kaspersky Internet Security 2012 —> Kaspersky Internet Security 2012).
- Run update.
