In some cases it is not possible to connect to a computer with Kaspersky PURE 2.0 installed and Firewall enabled to Remote Desktop.
To resolve the situation without disabling Firewall, do the following:
- Open the main program window.
- On the top right corner of the window click the Settings window.
- At the top of the Settings window on the Protection tab select Firewall.
- Make sure the Enable Firewall box is checked.
- On the right part of the window in the Network rules section, click the Settings button.
- In the Firewall window go to the Packet rules tab.
- In the list of network services select Remote Desktop.
- In the Permission column right-click the Block action and in the context menu select Allow.
- In the Firewall window click the OK button.
- In the Settings window click the OK button.
- Close the main program window.
