Applies to Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2011 for Mac
On 11 April 2012 Kaspersky Lab released a new patch F for Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2011 for Mac.
The patch F is automatically installed once anti-virus databases of Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2011 version 8.0.4.746, 8.0.5.812 and 8.0.6.863 are updated.
The
patch F eliminates the following errors:
- Program freeze at the system turn off.
- Malfunctioning of the iSwift technology on Mac OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion.
Installation:
In order to install the patch F, perform the following actions:
- Run anti-virus databases update.
- Once databases are updated, restart your computer.
- Once the system starts, open the main application window.
- Click on the Support button in the upper part of the window.
- If the patch F is successfully installed, you will see the letter f in the version line.
