In some cases the error "Error loading basegui.ppl - cannot locate the file" may appear when clicking on the Support or Help links in the main application window of Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2012.
The problem appears if Kaspersky Anti-Virus 2012 and Free Studio 5.5.0 are installed on the computer. To resolve the problem, uninstall Free Studio 5.5.0 and install Free Studio version 5.6.0 or above.
