If during update of anti-virus databases of Kaspersky Internet Security 2013 some problems appeared, then in order to resolve the problem, perform the following actions:

 
 
 
 
 

1. Check the system date

 
 
 
 
 

2. Check your Internet connection via Internet Explorer

 
 
 
 
 

3. Configure your Firewall

 
 
 
 
 

4. Check whether third-party antivirus software is installed on your computer

 
 
 
 
 

6. Contact your Internet provider

 
 
 
 
 

7. Make sure that your computer is not infected

 
 
 
 
 

8. Try to update anti-virus databases once again

 
 
 
 
 

9. Contact Kaspersky Lab Technical Support
