If during update of anti-virus databases of your Kaspersky Lab product some problems appeared, then in order to resolve the problem, perform the following actions:

 
 
 
 
 

1. Check the system date

 
 
 
 
 

2. Check your Internet connection via Internet Explorer

 
 
 
 
 

3. Configure your Firewall

 
 
 
 
 

4. Check whether third-party anti-virus software is not installed on your computer

 
 
 
 
 

6. Contact your provider to identify your Internet connection settings

 
 
 
 
 

7. Make sure that your computer is not infected

 
 
 
 
 

8. Try to update anti-virus databases once again

 
 
 
 
 

9. Contact Kaspersky Lab Technical Support
