In order to renew the license for Kaspersky Internet Security 2013, perform the following actions:
If your current license has expired you need to activate the application with a new activation code:
If your existing license is active you can continue to use the remaining validity period but at the same time add a new activation code. The new activation code will be automatically activated as soon as the current license expires. To add a new code to the program, do the following:
The current license will continue to run and the new code will be added as a reserve code.
New activation code is added to your product. The validity period of this code will automatically start when the current code expires.
It means you may have entered your activation code incorrectly. An activation code should be entered from the keyboard in Latin ONLY, without hyphens. The program calculates the number of the entered symbols and automatically moves the cursor into the next field.
Check if the activation code is entered correctly and if needed, enter it once again.
