  • Remotely manage parameter settings of Kaspersky Lab products and their components - Kaspersky Administration Kit centralized saves the settings of managed computers, and also controls their settings, not allowing users of protected computers to change the parameters configured by the administrator.

  • Create centralized and launch the tasks remotely - Kaspersky Administration Kit allows the creation of tasks addressed to an arbitrary set of the managed products and launch these tasks either on schedule or manually.

  • Efficiently manage license keys - you can install license keys for all Kaspersky Lab applications centrally and monitor how the license agreement is observed.

  • Automatically update the anti-virus database and program modules throughout a corporate network - Kaspersky Administration Kit allows you to download and save anti-virus database updates and the application modules centrally. In this case, Kaspersky Administration Kit is a major updating source for all managed products. The administrator can configure schedules for automatic updates. The administrator can also trace whether updates have been delivered on to client computers.

  • Gather and register events centrally - record events from managed products in the database for further analysis and reporting. The administrator can create a unified network report on the functioning of the application and reports on the application's functioning on each computer.

  • Receive notifications - you can specify a set of events based on the analysis of the events received from the managed computers and a notification can be sent in accordance with the settings of a specific network or e-mail address . The administrator can create a list of events relating to the application about which he/she would be notified. You can receive notification about the following events: virus detection or anti-virus database update was completed with an error on a client computer, a new computer has been detected in the network.
