Concerning to Kaspersky Administration Kit 6.0 MP1

The value N/A in the Action of the Virus Activity Report appears if results of the Disinfection of infected objects event are either not saved in the Administration Server database, were deleted or are saved less number of days than events about found viruses.

The same issue may occur if the path to an infected object in an event about detection of a malicious object differs from the path defined in the event about disinfection deletion of the same object.

Example:

Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0 for Windows Workstations has found an infected script, but in the Anti-Virus policy it is not configured to save the event Disinfection of infected objects on the Administration Server.

As a result Virus Activity Report will look the following way:

You can see which events are saved on the Administration Server in the policy of the anti-virus application on the Events tab (select the necessary event and click the Properties button). Once you have enabled to store events on the Administration Server do not forget to “lock” the policy.

Information about processing results of an infected object can be found in the report of the anti-virus application on a client computer.
