How to manage the Backup tab in the Statistics window

  • The Backup tab of the Statistics window in Kaspersky Anti-Virus version 6.0 contains the list of infected objects, copies of the originals which were backed up before disinfection\deletion, their status, full path to the object and the size of an object.

    The following actions are available for the objects on the Backup tab:

    • Delete – deletes the copy of the original of an infected object from the Backup 
    • Restore – restores the copy of the original of an infected object to its initial place on a hard drive 
    • Help – shows the reference for the Backup tab of the Statistics window
    • All reports - switches to the Reports tab of the Statistic window
    • Save as – saves all reports to a file

    The following actions are available for a selected object from the context menu (except the above mentioned actions):

    • Search – searches an object from the list by status, object or size 
    • Select all – selects all objects from the list 
    • Copy - copies all information from the selected line of the list of objects to the clipboard
