Kaspersky Internet Security 2009

On a computer with installed Kaspersky Lab product 2009, the following error occurs when you try to save a PDF-file in Word from Microsoft Office 2007

Resolution:

You are recommended disabling Proactive Defense before you work with PDF-files. For this: 

• open the main application window 
• select System security 
• in the right part of the window click Proactive Defense 
• in the drop-down menu select Disable

Once you have created the document, enable Proactive Defense back: i.e. perform the actions described above and in the drop-down menu select Enable.

Kaspersky Lab apologizes for the inconvenience. The error will be fixed in the products version 2010.
