A license is a key file (looks like ХХХХХХХХ.key) or activated code (alphanumerical sequence of the type ХХХХХ-ХХХХХ-ХХХХХ-ХХХХХ). When you acquire a product you get a license.

We ask users to confirm their license when submitting a request, to sort legitimate customers from pirates. If you do not want to attach your license to each request, you can add it in CompanyAccount once and for all. This license will then be added to all your requests automatically.
When there is not a single valid license in CompanyAccount, the Technical Support request web form does not offer the categories related to product usage. If a request concerning a product is submitted in an incorrect category, Technical Support specialists have a right to ignore such a request.
Presence of a valid license in CompanyAccount also raises the priority of a request, e.g. a request to investigate a suspicious file in Virus Lab.
