After you remove theTrend Micro antivirus software, some of its records may remain in the system registry and prevent a Kaspersky Lab product from installation. Make sure you fully remove Trend Micro before installing a Kaspersky Lab product. Use the following guides:

When you use regular Windows tools for removal, some files and folders of the previously installed software may remain in the system. We recommend that you check the Program Files folder for such files after removing software from your computer. If the Program Files folder contains any subfolders or files of the antivirus software installed earlier, please remove them. Then, try to install a Kaspersky Lab product once again.
Try to install your Kaspersky Lab product once again after you fully remove Trend Micro software.
If you are sure you have completely removed third-party antivirus software, but you still experience problems installing a Kaspersky Lab product, please create a request to Kaspersky Lab Technical Support via My Kaspersky. Attach a report of the Getsysteminfo tool to your request. In the request, give detailed description of the problem and the actions necessary to reproduce the problem.
